Welcome to our Hydrogen Energy Systems, LLC website!
We hope you accomplish two things:

Hydrogen is abundant, carbon-free, & renewable.

The technology we offer is proven in both utility and automotive applications. In fact, anything that burns fossil fuel can be powered by hydroden today without replacing the Internal Combustion Engine (ICE). This technology can also fuel fuel cells in utility and transportation applications.

The technology we offer is proven. As our mission statement notes, HES seeks to scale up the technology to large utility applications, expand automotive applications beginning with the racing industry, and eventually to the original equipment manufacturers, (OEMs).

The technology has been proven in small scale applications. Scaling to large applications is the critical next step.

The solid metal hydride hydrogen storage system proposed through HES when running an internal combustion engine (ICE) genset, or fuel cell, has the lowest possible emissions, which is an immediate benefit to the climate. The exhaust from the system meets or exceeds California’s SULEV and PLEV standards.

The hydrogen storage systems store at low pressure (~100 - 250psi) in intrinsically safe and compact metal hydride storage vessels – which will occupy less than one-third of the volume required to store compressed hydrogen at high pressure (5,000 psig / 350barg) or the cryogenic temperatures of liquid hydrogen. Both compressed and liquid are high risk sources of hydrogen.
